Chapter 2: An Individual Who Lies About Not Following Trends

Nothing has ever impeded Sean from trying out different styles. Some may fear trying, or even wearing clothes from past trends, but that differs from this particular audacious individual. As fearless as Blair Waldorf and as wild as Regina George, he always wanted to challenge beyond the norms and break out of his comfort zone. And of course, be infused with Waldorf and Regina's character traits.

Going green, aka going eco-friendly in Sean's dictionary, has been something he is stepping into and embracing. Well, technically the phrase 'Going green' isn't as literal as it seems, and it definitely does not mean being environmentally friendly (not that he isn't green, but just not an environmentalist per se). It is just another figurative language to personify him covered in moss and algae related colours.

Then it eventually boils down to him stealing credit from trees for being one.

The utilitarian trend - or camo or military in olive hue, for whatever name you would prefer - has never, ever crossed Sean's little imaginative mind at all. As a strong believer of individuality instead of conformity, he would prefer to be still decked in flora opulence rather than the ubiquitous camo/utilitarian vest (or jacket). Seeing a double in the same jacket has never appeal to Sean, rather it's somewhat appalling. But apparently, he is devoid of such trend adoration appreciation (but maybe it's because the trend is fading out soon) that he could not resist allowing an interloper into his life a few months earlier. That's simply just his excuse of getting something camo related.

'Dwee-be-dee, dwee-ba-dee, doo', he thought, 'What a dweeb'. 'You totally destruct your motto'.

Chapter 1: One (It) Bag is Never Enough

'I need this!', Sean Seyfried zealously said, while heading off to the cashier to add more accoutrement into his inventory.

He was supposed to say 'I think I need this'. But the phrase 'I think' was officially eliminated because he knew that undergoing cognitive processes would get him nowhere. And that he would purchase it eventually the very next day.

'As expected', his friends replied, while smirking and shaking their heads because they had seen it coming.

Bags have become a huge necessity in Sean's life. Innate in his mindset, he believes that bags are not just tools to carry and safeguard one's properties, but a visionary weapon that accentuates one's outfit. And class. Which in fact is the answer to why he goes all out for minaudières as he secretly thinks that they are the most powerful armament to evoke classiness out of him. Even though he owns only one of them.

And that's why he got himself another piece; he knew that two weapons are always better than one.

This embellished minaudière, was something that caught his attention at a first glance. It was love at first sight. In Sean's dictionary (thereafter named the Seyfried Words of Wisdom), love at first sight does not occur between characters or people, but towards fashion, bags and shoes. The trapezium shape of it gave him solace for being unable to attain the trapeze tote.

And did you think that was actually enough? Oh no, it definitely wasn't.

Sean was literally gagging over the Maison Martin Margiela collaboration with H&M, as their clothing were literally breathtaking avant-garde remake of iconic designs from past seasons of Margiela. Despite them having fabric spilling all over the place when you actually put them on your body and not really feasible for the humidity in Singapore, those chunky Pea Coats and deconstructed Leather Jackets were his must haves. Or rather, he classified them under his favourites. Because he didn't have a thousand dollars to spare in order to get them both.

So he ended up with something else, as usual.

This candy wrapper clutch, Sean perceives as a substitute for a piñata. Just that it doesn't release any joy in the form of candies. He was intrigued by the design and structure of the clutch - a candy wrapper - that somewhat made it obligatory for him to purchase. And as a cheaper alternative for him to tangibly possess one of the Margiela collaboration item. It was all for a good friend of his, Bryan, that he was able to acquire it.

And his expedition for more armament continues...
